Happy Holly Days

Hello, friends! Well, the Christmas countdown is on, and I am focusing on getting my cards completed and addressed in the next week or so. I'm always curious... Do my fellow card makers make all the cards they send, and if so, how many? I have about 75 people on my Christmas card list, and I try to make them all but I can't always get it done. How about you?

At this point I am in need of some inspiration! The challenge that inspired me today was the Inspired By Challenge (how appropriate). I love the colors, the twine, the greenery, all of it!

I followed through with the same images on the inside of my card.

Stamp Sets: Happy Holly Days, Holiday Pine Branches (Hero Arts)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Crumb Cake (Stampin' Up)
Patterned Paper: Green Plaid (Paper Pizazz)
Ink Pads: Soft Olive, Forever Green, Field Greens, Red Royal (Hero Arts)
Tools: Big Shot, Holiday Pine Branches Dies (Hero Arts), Circle Dies (Sizzix)
Accessories: Linen Thread (Stampin' Up)

Thanks for stopping by!

Gosh, I just love this! What an awesome sketch, but your greenery and plaid background lend a wonderful homespun feel to your card! Perfect for the IB challenge for sure! I do try to make all my cards and I make them all year long but sometimes I do have to resort to (gasp) storebought cards!!! LOL! Have a wonderful week, my friend!

Gorgeous card Sandy, love the plaid and your little collection of festive greenery - perfect for the inspiration photo! My Christmas list is similar in length to yours; I am always crafting at the last minute to get them done, I've started making two at a time to try and get there quicker but I am always chasing the last posting dates!!

Love this, Sandy, cuz I adore holly! I especially love it with plaid and your wonderful design! If I can remember, I think I'll make a birthday card with holly in July! What do you say? Can we make it a year-round flower? Is it flower? No, I have not been drinking, lol! ❤Hugs, Darnell

Good Morning Sandy,
Very pretty card. I love the different elements. I think the inside is fabulous. I will have to practice paying more attention to the inside of my cards.
Have a blessed day.
