Hi everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Seize the Birthday. This time around there are no "Toppings", so it's "Anything Goes Birthday". As long as you make a birthday card, you are good to go!
There are a lot of men in my family, so when it's Anything Goes at STB, I usually steer towards a masculine card. This time around was no exception, and this card is going to one of my sons who lives in the Ozark Mountains.
I've never used this particular image before, but was inspired by a few examples I saw on Pinterest. First, I created a background with some masking and sponging. Then I stamped the elk image. This is not a silhouette stamp; I colored it in with black marker after stamping. I will admit that this is nothing fancy, but it's always fun to try to try a new technique and stretch your supplies.
