This time around the "Toppings" options is "Die Cuts or Punches". However, you can also chose to do an Anything Goes birthday card, the choice is yours!
I used lots of die cuts on this card including the floral cuts, the stitched border, and a new-to-me background die, which I love. It adds some terrific interest, IMHO. Thanks to my crafty friend Laurie for enabling me to purchase it! The floral images were heat embossed with white embossing powder and watercolored, and I added a simple sentiment, also heat embossed.
I'm also playing along at The Flower Challenge, where this month it is Anything Goes. As everyone knows, my favorite images of all time are florals!

Beautiful background die! And your flowers are equally beautiful. Definitely an eye-catching card!
Gorgeous card Sandy. I love the pretty yellow flowers. I have to say you enabled me to buy that background die also as it makes a lovely background. I too am a flower lover too and love making floral cards. Have a great weekend my friend.
Totally love it, Sandy! Lots of die cuts, lots of bright, cheerful flowers, and its a spectacular card!! Wow!!
Hi Sandy, Nice card and layout. I love the flowers hanging off the panel. Of course, your coloring is fantastic too.

Oh I love how you used this set. Thanks for the inspiration!! :)
Wow, this is stunning!! I absolutely love how you used that die-cut for the background, so clever, especially with the white against grey. And your colouring of the flowers is just gorgeous, such a pretty colour. I'm so very glad you joined us this month at The Flower Challenge!!
This is anoutstanding card with your die cuts and flowers. I'm sure you will not mind if I pin it.
Beautiful! And I agree, that background die does add interest.
This might be one of my favorite all-time birthday cards I've ever seen! I love the flow of those gorgeous flowers with that beautiful die cut pattern in the center of the card, and the white-embossed black sentiment ties it all together with perfection! This is a real stunner for me :)
This is amazing Sandy! Your colouring is perfect and the flowers go so well with that background die. The sentiment is so striking too. Absolutely stunning.
Never got around to visiting your blog and leave a comment. Love that gorgeous die-cut background ... such a perfect backdrop to your pretty florals.
