Hi friends! It's Sunday and that means time for a new challenge at The Paper Players. This week I have the pleasure and honor of being your hostess with a Clean & Simple Challenge - Fruits & Veggies!
My fruit of choice is strawberries. I must admit that this is the second card I made for this challenge. The first one turned out to be not so clean and simple, and I figured that since I am the hostess, I'd better play by the rules! This one has lots and lots of white space, minimal layers, and I even restrained myself when it came to embellishments. I think the one small strip of gingham lends a little bit of a country feeling. I'm also playing along with two other challenges...
I used the layout at Freshly Made Sketches, which was perfect for my wreath. At Addicted to CAS, the code word this week is - you guessed it - Berries!

I LOVE this...perfect for the challenges, all of them! That gingham just makes me happy, as does anything strawberry! It's delicious!
This is simply adorable Sandy! That little strawberry wreath is too cute and the pop of gingham is the perfect touch. I struggle with CAS cards but you really know how to make a statement with them. Love it! So glad to be back on the team with you again, my friend. Hugs! :)
