This time around the "Toppings" options is "Water". However, you can also chose to do an Anything Goes birthday card, the choice is yours!
Hmmm... water. I have a few sailboat sets, and a girl on a pool float, but used them both recently and wanted to give some love to something I hadn't used in a while. I thought this set fit the ticket perfectly, and I created a watery, rainy background by sponging and adding a few raindrops. My sentiment was created using three different sets, but I think it works!
Stamp Sets: April Showers, April Showers Additions (Clearly Besotted), Best Birds (Stampin' Up), Beautiful Lady (Altenew)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Soft Pool, Cornflower, Bubble Gum, Orchid (Hero Arts), Tumbled Glass Distress Ink (Ranger)
Tools: Big Shot, April Showers Die (Clearly Besotted), Stitched Rectangle Dies (Simon Says Stamp)

Love your umbrellas and your rain splashes! You know, it is raining someplace in the world so this is very appropriate and clever with that sentiment!
Fun CAS card
What a super great card! Love the sentiments!
:)
This is adorable! I love your rainy background...and your mish-mash sentiment! It works perfectly!
Love your splendiferous umbrellas! I wish I had thought of that.
The sentiment uses three different sets??!! Absolutely couldn't tell that! It looks like a single stamp to me! But it sure is the perfect sentiment to go with you card's theme - rain and umbrellas was something that I just didn't think of! And you've made a fantastic card too! Yay!
Love this card! The soft background and the pretty umbrellas are sure to put a smile on anyone's face! Well done!
Sweet card. Love your creativity with the water topping! x
