Birthday Owl, PP403

Hi friends! It's Sunday and that means time for a new challenge at The Paper Players! This week the wonderful Claire is our hostess with a sketch challenge.

I had this cute little owl all colored and cut and sitting on my desk waiting for a home, and I thought she'd look great on the tag in this sketch. I found some patterned papers that I though went well with the floral crown. The rest was easy-peasy!

I'm also sharing this at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, where it's Anything Goes.

I haven't shared any personal pics in a while, so how about sunrise at Jone's Beach? I love getting there early and having the beach to myself :) Well, me and the seagulls!

Stamp Sets: Hi There Owl, You Did It (Technique Tuesday)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah)
Patterned Paper: Life in Color (Simple Stories)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Markers: Copic
Tools: Big Shot, Large Tag Dies (Simon Says Stamp)
Accessories: Thick Baker's Twine (Stampin' Up)

Thanks so much for stopping by! Please leave a comment, and then head over to visit the rest of the Design Team at The Paper Players. We hope you'll play along with our challenge this week, too!

Inky hugs :)

This is so stinkin' cute! Besides being wise, she is a beautiful owl as well! And Jone's college classmates would go there after school in the summer! So pretty!
