Hi friends! I have a 'just for fun' card today, playing along with a couple of challenges, and using some real oldie-but-goodies. The Tropical Party stamp set is one of my very first stamp sets, and back in the day there were very few steel cuts dies, at least I didn't have any! All my flowers and leaves are fussy-cut, and this card reminded me how relaxing that task can be, almost as much as coloring.
The challenges I am playing along with today are the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge which is Hibiscus, and Happy Little Stampers (which I am playing with for the first time) is Anything Goes with Dies. Though my flowers are fussy cut, my sentiment is die cut!
Before I go I thought I'd share a Hibiscus photo I took in Florida recently, my home away from home. I love the fringy edges, such a delicate and beautiful flower.
Stamp Sets: Tropical Party (SU)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Black (SU)
Ink Pads: Lime Green (Hero Arts), High Dive, Coral Reef (Simon Says Stamp)
Tools: Big Shot, Greetings Dies, Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (SU)
Accessories: Enamel Dots (Simple Stories)
Thanks for visiting!

Hi Sandy, beautiful card. Love the colors. It looks just like your photograph from Florida.
