Hi everyone! Today is a special day in Blogland as a bunch of us are celebrating the upcoming birth of a special baby girl, Little Miss Croghan! I'm sure most of you know who Lesley Croghan is, both a kind and wonderful person, and also the creator of many of the challenges we all play along with each week: The Paper Players, Seize the Birthday and The Card Concept, to name just a few. I've been honored to be on the DT's on a few of her challenge blogs, and couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity and inspiration.
Well, Lesley and her husband Corey are expecting, and to celebrate Lori Turner has generously given of her time to organize this event. Everyone is welcome to create a baby card and share some good wishes, so please join us at the It's A Girl Blog Hop!
I wanted to make something soft and feminine and settled on these sweet bunny images from Clearly Besotted, and sentiments from Simon Says Stamp. I think the gingham and button follow through on the baby theme, and the soft pink is all girl. It's a simple card but I like it, and I hope the proud parents do, too!
Stamp Sets: Woodland Kisses (Clearly Besotted), Baby (Simon Says Stamp)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah), Pink Pirouette (Stampin' Up)
Patterned Paper: Spring (Carta Bella)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)

Congratulations, Lesley and Corey! Wishing you all the best in your new home with your growing family!
