Umbrella Trio, PP333

Hi friends! Today at The Paper Players, the sweet and talented LeAnne is our hostess, and she has an awesome sketch for us to play along with. I had so many ideas for those three elements: balloons, flowers, teacups, feathers, the options are limitless! The team came up with some really fun ideas, too!

I finally settled on umbrellas, using a stamp set from Clearly Besotted that hasn't seen too much love yet. I also used a brand new, juicy red ink pad from Simon Says Stamp, and I have to say I was really impressed at the great coverage with just one inking. Those solid images can sometimes be challenging. However, before I used it I dropped it ink side down on my beige carpet. Aughhh! Thankfully the damage wasn't too bad and by moving quickly I was able to get it all out. Phew!

I'm also playing along with the Wednesday Challenge at Simon Says Stamp which is Anything Goes.
