Hi everyone! Well today is November 15 and according to the National Day Calender, it's National Clean Out Your Refrigerator Day. Sounds like a good plan, especially with Thanksgiving around the corner! Today is also time for a new challenge at Stamp Ink Paper, and this one is easy: Clean and Simple Christmas. Well, for some of us the Clean and Simple part can be challenging :)
I'm more of a clean and layered kind of girl, but I think I did OK today. After all, clean and simple is kind of subjective, right? My card was simple, for sure. I stamped my snowpeople and sentiment, a few quick die cuts, and the coloring was a snap as the images are mostly white. Though not in my original plan, I thought the patterned paper was kind of cool. I wish I had more of it, I could make a whole stack of these in a jiffy.
I'm also playing along with the Merry Christmas Challenge, where the challenge this week is Snowmen.
Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Swanky Snowdudes (Paper Smooches)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah), Lipstick Red (Simon Says Stamp)
Patterned Paper: Christmas Wishes (Pink Fresh Studios)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Markers: Copic
Tools: Big Shot, Swanky Snowdudes Dies (Paper Smooches), Stitched Rectangle Dies (Lawn Fawn)
So glad you stopped by today! I'd be very pleased if you left a comment. Then, head over to visit the Stamp Ink Paper team. We hope you'll play along, too!
