Golden Holly, SIP76

Hi friends! Did you make any Cyber Monday purchases yesterday? I did, a few gifts for others, and a few crafty items for myself :) Who can resist a great sale? Today at Stamp Ink Paper we have a new challenge for you: Embossing. Nice and simple, lots of options.

I used the same stamp as I did for my post on Sunday, the branch of holly from Happy Holly Days. On Sunday I colored my image with Copic markers, but today I used heat embossing and let the gold shine do all the work. I also embossed the background, so I used two embossing techniques today. I have to say I love how this one came out. The texture and shine are so pretty IRL.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Happy Holly Days (Hero Arts), Poinsettia (Technique Tuesday)
Card Stock: Cream (Simon Says Stamp), Gold Glitter (American Crafts)
Ink Pads: Versamark
Tools: Heat Tool, Big Shot, Damask Embossing Folder (Darice)
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder (Hero Arts)

Thanks for stopping by! Please check out the creations of the rest of our team at Stamp Ink Paper, and we'd love for you to play along, too!

Have a great day :)

I love this Sandy - two kinds of embossing and the gold and white colour combo is really elegant and classy. The stamp looks totally different to yesterday's card too!
