Furry Kisses


Hi everyone! Today's card was created for my son's girlfriends birthday. She has a black kitty named Bean, and I tried to make this kitty look a little like her. I've realized that coloring a black cat is not as easy as it sounds! I also had fun mixing some patterns and paper-piecing the present and little bow. 


I'm playing along with the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. I had to nudge the elements a little to the left to make room for kittie's tail :) I'm also linking up to the Anything Goes challenge at Seize the Birthday.
