Color Layering Bird and Branch, SIP67

Hi friends! It's Tuesday again, and time for a new challenge at Stamp Ink Paper. This week it's a simple sketch challenge, lots of room for interpretation.

For my right hand side element, I chose to use a tag instead of a rectangle. Then I went through my stamps to see which ones haven't seen much love and decided on the Color Layering Bird and Branch set from Hero Arts. I tried several different color combinations before I settled on this one. The bird was die cut, the branch and leaves were cut out by hand.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Color Layering Bird and Branch, Many Everyday Messages (Hero Arts)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah)
Patterned Paper: Sunny Days Ahead (Echo Park)
Ink Pads: Buttercream, Carribean Sky, Dusk, Lava Rock, Forest Glades (Altenew), Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Tools: Big Shot, Color Layering Bird and Branch Dies (Hero Arts), Large Tags Dies (Simon Says Stamp)
Accessories: Lost Lagoon Stitched Satin Ribbon, Linen Thread (Stampin' Up)

Have an awesome day, and we hope you'll play along with us this week at Stamp Ink Paper!
