Floral Hello, PP292

Hi friends! Hooray for Sunday! I'm happy to say I am off work today, and will be heading to Brooklyn shortly to have brunch with my son and his girlfriend. I'll also be presenting him with a belated birthday gift, this crocheted blanket which I just finished making. So many hobbies, so little time...

Today at The Paper Players, our sweet Claire is hostess and she has a fabulous sketch for us to play along with.

My card uses ingredients from the April Simon Says Stamp card kit, and was super easy to make. There was no stamping involved as the sentiment and flowers are stickers. I'm not usually a sticker kind of girl, but I do love how fast this came together!

This week the theme at the Simon Wednesday Challenge is Make it Girlie, and I think I've done so with my florals and sequins.

Products Used:
Card Stock: White (Simon Says Stamp)
Patterned Paper: Life in Color (Simple Stories)
Tools: Big Shot, Stitched Rectangle and Stitched Circle Dies (Lawn Fawn)
Accessories: Life In Color Stickers (Simple Stories), Moonshine Sequins (Simon Says Stamp)

Thank for stopping by, and please visit the rest of the Design Team at The Paper Players!  We hope you'll play along with our challenge this week, too!

Inky hugs!

  9. Sometimes you just need a quick card and I'm a big lover of kits Sandy - they make for easy stress-free crafting! Love your pretty card - each of the elements is so perfectly co-ordinated. I'm not generally a sticker girl either, but I would make this card in a heartbeat!
