Adult Coloring Books

Hi friends! I have something a little different today, a half finished project, lol! I'm finally getting around to playing with some new goodies I got for Christmas, a big stack of adult coloring books and shiny new Prismacolor colored pencils.

My inspiration was from Kathy at The Daily Marker and her newest 30 Day Coloring Challenge. We are to color for at least five minutes a day for 30 days. I can do that! My colored pencils are a new medium for me, so I have some learning and practicing ahead of me, and the timing of this challenge is just perfect.

I still have a bit of coloring to do to finish this page, and eventually I will turn it into a card, but I kind of like it just the way it is with plenty of white space. Maybe I'll do that with another page.

Thanks for stopping by! See you again soon!

  2. Good for you, coloring every day! I keep hearing about these challenges but I am always a day late and a dollar short! Maybe one of these days I'll jump on the bandwagon! Your roses are gorgeous just the way they are!
