Hi, Friends! It's time for a new challenge at Stamp Ink Paper, and it's one you can all play along with: Happy Birthday! I mail out so many birthday cards each year, second only to Christmas cards, so I welcome an opportunity to build up my stash.
I'd actually prepared another birthday card to post today, but I thought it was a bit on the boring side so I decided to jazz it up a bit and make a shaker card instead. I LOVE shaker cards and don't know why I don't make them more often. Goodness knows I have enough sequins and beads for 100 of them, lol! I loaded this one up with lots of sequins from Pretty Pink Posh along with some clear seed beads. I find that the seed beads help the sequins to move around a bit.
This is the perfect opportunity to play along with my friends at Seize the Birthday. The topping this week is clean and simple. I don't know if my card is exactly clean with my mountain of sequins, but it definitely was simple as there weren't even any stamps or ink involved.
