Birthday Apple Pie

Hi friends! I am here today with another card I made using the November Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. I think this is my favorite card of all using this kit. I love the apple and apple pie images, and I think they look so pretty watercolored. I also love the country feel of the plaid tablecloth paper.

I paired the elements in the kit with the Sending and Wishing stamp set and dies to turn this into a birthday card. This card is going to my sister who has a November birthday which falls on Thanksgiving sometimes. Two years ago it fell on Thanksgiving and Hannukah! Big sister loves to bake and I think she'll get a kick out of this card.

With this card I'm playing along with two challenges, the color challenge at Colour Me, and the Anything Goes challenge at Seize the Birthday.

  1. Hi Sandy, I like this card too. The pie does look delicious, or I'm hungry. I also like the tablecloth. I'm in the middle of two sisters. . . I love having sisters.
