A Red Ranunculus for SIP12

Hi friends! This week at Stamp, Paper, Ink, Andrea has an awesome color challenge for us: Black, White and a Pop of Color. Love, love, love it! I had an idea right away, and my card came out almost exactly how I envisioned it. That almost never happens!

I wanted a floral image with multiple flowers so I could highlight just one of them, and the Ranunculus Stamp Set from the Technique Tuesday Greenhouse Society was just perfect. The Stacked with Love paper stack from SU has lots of black and white patterns, and I used some scraps along the bottom of my panel to create a little more interest.

I'm also playing along with the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. They'd like us to three colors of ink in any medium, and I used three colors of Copic markers to color my Ranunculus.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Ranunculus (Technique Tuesday)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Black (SU)
Patterned Paper: Stacked With Love (SU)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Markers: Copic
Tools: Extra Large Oval Punch (SU)
Accessories: Moonshine Sequins (SSS)

Thanks for paying me a visit today! Please pay a visit to the rest of the DT at Stamp, Ink, Paper, and we'd love for you to play along, too!
