You Are My Sunshine, SIP9

Hi, Stampers! It's time for a new challenge at Stamp, Ink, Paper, and this week we have a sketch for you. I can not lie, I really had no idea what to do with this one. I guess that's why they call them challenges!

I had this cute little ballerina from the Tutu Cute stamp set (My Favorite Things) all cut and colored and sitting on my desk, so I thought I would give her a home. She worked perfectly inside the circle element. I combined it with some pretty patterned papers and the Sunshine die from this months Simon Says Stamp card kit. I colored the image with Copic Markers, and this is the first time I'm trying anything so brave as to add pleats to the dress. I thought they came out pretty well, for a beginner. The belt was colored with a gold Gelly Roll pen, also from the kit.
