Hi, everyone! It's been hot and steamy here in the Northeast US, so how about a frosty Christmas card to cool you off? I love shaker cards and had lots of fun making this one, inspired as always by a few challenges.
I was delighted to see the Penguin challenge at Merry Monday as I had the perfect stamp set to play along. As it was a Lawn Fawn set, it was a given that I'd play along with the Lawnscaping Challenge, which is Sparkle and Shine. I added my sparkle in the form of sequins and beads. I miss my friends over at Colour Me, and when I saw the colors I knew it was the perfect opportunity to say hello. I love how things work out sometimes!
Stamp Sets: Winter Penguin (Lawn Fawn)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah)
Patterned Paper: Snow Day (Lawn Fawn)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Bermuda Bay, Pool Party (SU), Markers (Copic)
Tools: Big Shot, Stitched Rectangle & Stitched Circle Dies, Winter Penguin Dies (Lawn Fawn)
Accesories: Clear Sequins (Pretty Pink Posh), Frosted Sequins, Window Sheets (SU)
Other: Fun Foam, Seed Beads (from my stash)
My buddy Ollie decided he needed to help make my project. He's got penguin colors too, don't you think?
Have an amazing day!
