Uncharted Territory, SIP3, RRBC17 & STB

Greetings, Stampers! Moving right along we are already at the third challenge of Stamp, Ink, Paper. This week Justin has a color challenge for us, Smoky Slate, Bermuda Bay and Real Red. These are great colors for a masculine card, and I chose to go with a nautical theme.

This card will be for my brother in law's birthday which is coming up soon. He and his wife own a house on the Jersey shore, and he is an avid boater. I think this will be perfect for him.

Since I used a bunch of retired stamp sets and products from SU, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to play along with the Retro Rubber challenge, which is 4th of July or red, white and blue. I'm also playing along with Anything Goes at Seize the Birthday.

Products Used: (All Stampin' Up)
Stamp Sets: Uncharted Territory, Dictionary, Family Reunion
Card Stock: Whisper White, Real Red, Bermuda Bay
Designer Series Paper: Brights Stack
Ink Pads: Black Stazon, Smoky Slate
Markers: Real Red, Bermuda Bay, Smoky Slate, Pool Party
Accessories: Natural Trim Ribbon, Linen Thread, Silver Basics Buttons

Have an awesome day, and I hope to see you over at the Stamp, Ink, Paper blog!

  4. Sandy, I love that stamp set and still have it if I can only find it. It was introduced in the 2010 catalog. Also love the lighthouse that goes with it. Your card is masculine perfection! Love the colors, DSP and the masculine button and ribbon. Well done. Thanks so much for thinking of us at Retro Rubber. Hope you will come back to play again!
