Smile, RS169, Curtain Call & SSS

Hi friends! I had so much fun making this little card using supplies from the Simon Says Stamp June card kit. I love that the kits challenge me to use products that I probably would not have purchased on my own, and each one is such a fun surprise. I don't normally use stickers on my cards, but these from Doodlebug are just adorable. My card measures 4 1/4" x 4 1/4".

I'm playing along with three challenges today: the Flip Flop theme challenge at Curtain Call, the sketch at Retro Sketches, and the Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Happy and Smile (SSS)
Card Stock: White, Blue (SSS), Crumb Cake (SU)
Patterned Paper: Happy and Smile (Doodlebug)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Tools: Big Shot, Stitched Rectangle & Stitched Hillside Border Dies (Lawn Fawn)
Accessories: White Baker's Twine (SU), Sprinkles Stickers (Doodlebug)

I love the rainbow of colors in this month's card kit, and speaking of rainbows, how about this one? It appeared it my backyard the other day. It was so bright and beautiful. It made me smile!

Have an awesome day!

Thank you for the kind words about our kits, Sandy! Well said! I love what you did with last month's kit - weren't the colors perfect for summer? Thanks for sharing your design with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge!

Hello Sandy: I love this sweet card, those Flip Flops are just so adorable!! I don't have that die but I do have a punch that cuts the bottom and the top of them. I'm CASEing it for my 10 y/o granddaughter, she is going to a birthday party next Monday for one of her friends who's going on vacation to Florida, I think this layout is fabulous.
Thank you for the inspiration.

Sandy, I loved the SSS card kit for June and you showcased the elements contained in it beautifully. Fabulous card. Oh... and... fabulous rainbow, too. Rainbows always make me feel that everything is alright with the world!
