Butterfly Flourish and A New Challenge!

Happy Monday morning, my friends! I am super excited to let you know about a new challenge blog called Stamp Ink Paper, and I've been invited to be on the Design Team! It was created by my fellow crafter and very good friend, Justin. I'm really looking forward to getting to know the members of the team, seeing how the challenge evolves, and of course, creating. The first challenge is Getting to Know You, and you are free to use anything your heart desires!

I can't say I have a favorite stamp set, but I've been into butterflies lately, so I used my Butterflies stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. It's funny that I was given the opportunity to use any colors I wanted and I went for black, lol! Well, if this is a getting to know you card, then what I can tell you about my style is that I like to create clean cards with plenty of layers, I like my white space, and I love patterned paper and embellishments, especially enamel dots.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Butterflies (Simon Says Stamp)
Card Stock: Solar White (Neenah), Basic Black, Crumb Cake (SU)
Patterned Paper: Words of Love (Carta Bella)
Ink Pads: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Tools: Big Shot, Petite Butterflies Dies (Simon Says Stamp), Fanciful Flourish Die (Cheery Lynn Designs)
Accessories: Enamel Dots (MME)

I hope you will head over to the challenge at Stamp Ink Paper and check out our team and their fabulous creations! We would be super thrilled if you played along, too!

Inky hugs!
