To My Penguin, CMCC72, Lawnscaping106

Greetings, stampers and friends! Welcome to Wednesday and a new challenge from Colour Me! This week it's a subtle and dreamy combo of Bermuda Bay, So Saffron and Pear Pizzazz. Love it!

I matched up the colors best I could using Copic and Lawn Fawn products I had on hand. I had so much fun making this card for my DH's birthday which was a couple of days ago. I'll spare you our silliness, and leave it to just to say that we refer to each other as our "penguins". OK you can stop rolling on the floor now! I know we are goofy!

Since I'm using Lawn Fawn Products, I decided to play along with the Lawnscaping Challenge this week too, which is to try a new technique. My new thing was to create a custom sentiment using alphabet stamps. That's something that's always inimidated me as I'm afraid I'll never get them lined up right. After a bit of fiddling, I think it came out ok, though not perfect! I'm also playing along with the anything goes challenge at Seize the Birthday.
