World of Dreams, PP242 & CQC288

Hi, friends! It's Sunday and time for another challenge from The Paper Players! This week the amazing Ann Schach is hostess and she has a wonderful sketch for us to play along with. I love this sketch so much that I made two cards using it, and you'll see the second one tomorrow.

For today, I have a card with some collage style stamping using the World of Dreams stamp set. I love these silhouette style images, and I'm so happy to see it won't be retiring.

For my color scheme, I chose the colors at the ColourQ challenge this week. I love blues and greens together, it's such an effortless combination. You can (almost) do no wrong!

I did second generation stamping in Pear Pizzazz (I don't have Kiwi Kiss anymore) and Bermuda Bay. The Crumb Cake and Basic Black were stamped full strength. To make my background, I sponged the Honeycomb Embossing Folder with Crumb Cake ink, inserted my white card stock, and brayered over it for a very subtle effect.

Products Used: (All Stampin' Up)
