Another Happy Thing, CMCC62, SSC96 & SSS

Hi, Stampers! It's Wednesday and that means a new challenge from Colour Me! This week it's a striking combo of Pear Pizzazz and Garden Green!

When I saw this combo, my first thought was to make a St. Patrick's Day card, but the card I started wasn't to my liking so I scrapped it. (Don't worry, I saved the bits and pieces for a future card)! Then I came across this very old patterned paper I've been hoarding saving, which works perfectly with the challenge. I combined it with a new stamp set, and I think they work nicely together!

For my layout, I went with this sketch from Sunday Stamps. Love it. I'm also playing along with the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, which is "B is for", and in my case it is for "bird"!

Supplies Used (All Stampin' Up):
Stamp Sets: A Happy Thing
Card Stock: Whisper White, Garden Green
Designer Series Paper: Flock Together (retired)
Ink Pads: Memento Tuxedo Black
Markers: Wild Wasabi, Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate Blendabilities
Tools: Big Shot, Circles Framelits, Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder
Accessories: Regals Candy Dots

Thanks for visiting and please visit the rest of the team at Colour Me! We'd love for you to play along, too!
