Four Feathers and Paper Pumpkin, PP233

Greetings, Friends! I have the honor of being hostess today at The Paper Players, and this week it's time for a sketch. I hope you like it!

I really didn't have a color scheme in mind, but I was inspired to go through some of my older Paper Pumpkin kits. There are some really cool papers in those kits. I chose this paper with the fun little triangles, and went from there. I used two shades of gray (I know what you are thinking, don't say it!) combined with Calypso Coral. I love these colors together!

The smallest feather was stamped in Black Stazon and sponged with Calyso Coral. The large feather to the left was embossed with Silver Embossing Powder onto Basic Gray Card Stock. It's so shiny in real life! I wanted the sentiment (also from a Paper Pumpkin Kit) to be a bit darker, so I embossed it with Pewter Embossing Powder on Vellum Card Stock.

Stampin' Up Products Used:
