Beauty of the Season, TCC23

Hello, Stampers! This is one of the cards that my class made at my annual holiday Stamp-A-Stack recently. One of the things I love about this class is that I always make a stack for myself. It really helps me get a jump on holiday card making. This card is great because it is super flat and easy to mail.

There's plenty of kraft (aka Crumb Cake) in this card including the envelope, so I thought if was perfect for the Krafty Christmas challenge at The Card Concept.

All the stamping was done in Black Stazon and then colored in with ink pads and an Aqua Painter. The berries have some sparkly shine thanks to some Dazzling Details.

I mentioned on Monday that my goal is to get the bulk of my Christmas cards done this week. To me, finished means also completing the inside. I stamped the same image in Crumb Cake on the inside and the sentiment over it in Black Stazon.

I also like to give the envelope some inky love. The little twig in this set was stamped onto the envelope with Stazon as well, and I even watercolored the envelope images, too. It just took a minute, but I think it makes the card so much more special.

Card Stock: Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Naturals White
