Season of Joy, MM126, FMS154 & NBUS2

Hi, Friends! The other day my stampin' buddy Justin and I took a trip to the scrapbook store, and one of the things I came home with was this Scripty Joy die by Lawn Fawn. I love that you were able to purchase it individually, not part of a set, which made it very inexpensive. I had wonderful fun playing with it for the first time yesterday, and my CAS creation came together in a flash!

I'm playing along with three challenges today. The theme challenge at Merry Monday is to make your sentiment the focal point of your card. The awesome layout is from the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. I'm playing along a second time at the NBUS Challenge, with the side option of Christmas.

I stamped just a few subtle snowflakes from the Endless Wishes Stamp Set in Soft Sky.

I cut the sentiment three times in Real Red, once in Silver Foil paper and glued the layers together with my Two Way Glue Pen, a trick I learned from Mary Fish's blog. So pretty! Thanks, Mary!

  1. That FMS is a really cool sketch for a Christmas card and a good way to use up some snippets of pp, isn't it? Well, you sure made it look that way, Sandy! This is a beautiful and joyful card! The sequints are placed perfectly and that light application of snowflakes adds lots of interest without taking away from the wonderful white space! I'm so putting this in my CC idea folder!! Thank you so much for playing again in the NBUS Challenge!! Hugs, Darnell
