Sea Street & Maritime Sneak Peek, DS150

Hi, Friends! Boy has it been hard to get into my craft space the last two weeks! So much personal stuff going on which I'll share another day, but everyone is fine here, thank God. It's during times like these that one can appreciate how therapeutic crafting time really is! I finally had a chance to play with a new adorable stamp set called Sea Street, and coordinating Maritime DSP. So cute! Both are great for many occasions but I especially love the combo for a boy birthday. The sentiment is from Remembering Your Birthday.

Jen always has a great layout at The Deconstructed Sketch, and I adore this one! So perfect for my project!

The DSP did most of the work here. No tools or accesories were used, just stamps, paper and ink. And my trusty Paper Snips, which I used to fussy-cut the octopus. I can't lie, this was not the easiest image to fussy-cut! For the inside of my card, below, I stamped the octopus off once.

Stampin' Up Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Sea Street*, Remembering Your Birthday
Card Stock: Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Real Red, Night of Navy
Designer Series Paper: Maritime
Ink Pads: Coastal Cabana, Real Red, Night of Navy

Thanks for stopping by! I'd love it if you left a comment!

Inky Hugs!

Oh my gosh, this is adorable! I wasn't "hooked" on this fishy set and DSP at first, but it is definitely growing on me!
