Greetings, Stampers! For those of you who celebrate the holiday, a very Happy Easter to you! I've had lots to do this past week to prepare, so a Clean and Simple challenge at The Paper Players was just what the doctor ordered for me. This week the lovely Nance is hostess, and she is challenging us to use Washi Tape on our Clean and Simple creation. Fun!
I think I have every Washi Tape that Stampin' Up makes and I am guilty of not using it often enough. Thanks, Nance, for getting my mojo going! I thought the petite patterns in the Gingham Garden Washi Tape would work well with the images in the Bright Blossoms Stamp Set, and combined them with a sentiment from Really Good Greetings.
I used markers to color the blossoms and stem on the stamp. The vase was stamped on a scrap of paper and cut out by hand. I cut out the image with the Extra Large Oval Punch, and the frame outside was made with the Designer Frames Embossing Folder.
