Greetings, Stampers! It's Sunday and time for another fun Paper Players challenge! This week the amazing Ann Schach is challenging us to make Thank You cards. I don't know about you, but I always need lots of those! I guess that makes me fortunate to have so many kind and generous people in my life.
I was a tad lazy today and cased myself. I made this card last week and really liked the way it came out, so I thought I would do it again with a different layout and color scheme, and make it a Thank You card. I think I like this one, too! I guess what I really like is the blossoms from the Simple Stems Stamp Set, combined with some bright colors, lots of white space and a splash of black.
Always on the lookout for inspiration, I spotted a layout I liked from The Deconstructed Sketch and the awesome colors are from Color Throwdown.
Nothing too complicated to explain here. The blossoms and leaves were stamped and cut out by hand. By the way, did I ever tell you how much I like to fussy-cut? I find it very relaxing, LOL! Anyways, the circles and banners were cut with Framelits, and my favorite part is the paper piercing, also very relaxing!
