Make a Wish, SFF031414 & CMCC11

Hello and Happy St. Patricks Day, Stampers! Sorry, I don't have anything green for you today, though I'm wearing a green sweater! I just couldn't seem to come up with any St. Patricks Day creations this year. Instead, I have a card I made for oldest son's birthday which is in a couple of weeks. I love getting projects done in advance! Doesn't happen very often!

The Colour Me challenge has a color combo perfect for a masculine card, Tangerine Tango and Midnight Muse. I used neutrals taken from the inspiration photo, Sahara Sand and Whisper White. I loved the layout from Sketch Frenzy Friday, also excellent for a masculine creation.

This card came together in a flash. The embossed panel uses the Arrow Embossing Folder. All the images are from the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set. I made a matching envelope, of course!

Stampin' Up Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Perfect Pennants
Card Stock: Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Midnight Muse, Tangerine Tango
Ink Pads: Midnight Muse, Tangerine Tango
Markers: Midnight Muse, Tangerine Tango
Tools: Big Shot, Arrows Embossing Folder
Accessories: Brights Buttons

Thanks for stopping by and please leave a comment!

Inky hugs!

Sandy, happy belated birthday to your oldest! This is a fabulous masculine card and even though there is a button on it - Lou said you rocked it! :-) I totally agree with him. The arrow embossing with the bold colors and clean lines are just perfect.
