Gingham and Daisies for The Paper Players & STS15

Greetings on this lovely Sunday, friends! The temperatures have warmed up a tad in my neck of the woods and that is more than enough to make me smile! Also adding to my smile is the fact that it's time for another challenge from The Paper Players! This week the uber-talented Anne Marie has a color challenge for us, along with an amazing inspiration photo. Love it!

My original thoughts were to make something film inspired, but as I didn't really have any products along those lines I shifted gears entirely and took a walk in the country. If gingham and daisies don't make you think of a picnic in the country, I don't know what does! The greeting and gingham circle were created with the Kind & Cozy Stamp Set, and the border on the side was made with the Gingham Wheel Stamp.

The great layout is from Seize the Sketch. The circle in the center was just perfect for my stamp.

The large daisy was made with the Blossom Party Die. The smaller daisies and center of the large daisy were made using the Boho Blossom Punch.

I wanted to add a little something extra to the background, so I heat embossed more tiny daisies using the retired Confetti Stamp Set. In real life, it's shiny and pretty!
