Butterflies & Doilies for The Paper Players

Hooray for the first weekend of Spring, woo hoo! The temperatures are still below average, but most of the snow has thankfully melted here in NY. Hooray for a new Paper Players challenge, too! This week I have the pleasure of being hostess, and I've come up with a sketch for your crafting pleasure! I thought this was a great layout to go either clean and simple, or pile on the goodies for a collage style card.

Because I am never satisfied, I made three cards with this layout! Today I am featuring the collage style card, and you'll have to tune in later in the week to see the other two. My white space is kind of in reverse today, with a Sahara Sand background. I love the collage style, but when you are piling on lots of little bits and pieces it's hard to know when to stop!

I love the look of the leaves in White Vellum, so subtle. The best way to glue vellum down is with a thin coating of Liquid Tombo Adhesive as it won't show through. I also used Liquid Tombo for the doily, tiny flowers, and sequins.
