You're Too Kind, CQC277

Greetings, Stampers! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was pretty quiet, which is a good thing sometimes. I'm not a big TV person but I have been watching quite a bit of the Olympics. I'm always so amazed at the incredible talent of all the athletes, and the wins and losses can be so emotional. Somehow I managed to make this card during the commercials!

The inspiration came from this week's challenge at ColourQ. Since all the colors were in the same family, I was inspired to do a paint-chip style panel. I substituted Rose Red since I didn't have Ruby Red and then flipped it. So the colors in the panel are Whisper White, Blushing Bride, Melon Mambo, Rose Red and Raspberry Ripple. I embossed the panel with the Arrows Embossing Folder, which ties all the colors together.

Too Kind is one of my all time favorite stamp sets. It's so easy to use and the results are always good. Of course, a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig is always helpful.
