Hello, friends! I hope you all have some relaxing plans in store this weekend. Something fun for the Super Bowl, perhaps? I'm not a big football fan. OK I'm not a fan at all because I don't understand the game, LOL! I do enjoy the commercials, though! I'm just relieved that the weather has finally broken and we should be in the 40s today, as opposed to sub zero with the wind chills that we had earlier this week and last week.
Enough blabbing. I'm playing along with two challenges today with a feminine card using the Stippled Blossoms Stamp Set and a sentiment from Simply Sketched.
My color inspiration comes from the challenge at ColourQ this week. These soft, sweet colors are just delicious! As a bonus, Blushing Bride and Primrose Petals layer perfectly with a two-step stamp set.
I was happy to see that the sketch challenge at Pals Paper Arts was extended a week as I didn't get a chance to play along earlier.
The Stamp-A-Ma-Jig is key to getting your two-step stamping perfectly aligned. The magnetic plate for the Big Shot is another handy tool that helps to cut a perfect edge with the Large Scallop Edgelit after the Pink Pirouette card stock was embossed with the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder.
