Serene Silhouettes, CTD280 & PPA192

Is it Monday already? Time passes at a frightening speed, it seems sometimes. I try to remind myself to enjoy each moment. But I'd like it better if someone slowed down the clock a bit!

I seem to be gravitating toward simpler cards with sufficient white space lately, and today's card is no exception. So here are the details:

The inspiration was provided by the colors at Color Throwdown and the sketch from Pals Paper Arts. Thank you! I adore them both! Simple, serene and calming.

I used markers to color the stamp from the Serene Silhouettes Stamp Set, the first time in Soft Sky and Old Olive, and the second time in Night of Navy and Old Olive. Both were stamped twice. The greeting was layered on top, from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set. The only embellishment is a piece of Linen Thread. It's a very basic card but I like it. I hope you do too.

Stampin' Up Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Serene Silhouettes, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Night of Navy
Designer Series Paper: Subtles Stack
Ink Pads: Night of Navy
Markers: Old Olive, Night of Navy, Soft Sky
Accessories: Linen Thread

Thanks for stopping by!
