Petal Parade Thanks, DD91

Hello once again, my Inky Friends! I won't bore you with the weather report. It seems the entire country is in a deep freeze. One can wish for spring, though. I tried to reflect that with some bright colors and happy flowers in today's card. The stamp set is called Petal Parade and is one that can be earned during Stampin' Up's Sale-A-Bration event.

It's Triple Threat week at Dynamic Duos and they've given us three cheerful, bright colors to work with. These colors scream summer, yet summer feels ever so far away!

The random layering means that you don't even need a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig! So easy and fun! The sentiment is from the Lots of Thanks Stamp Set. I used two punches, the Scallop Edge and Boho Blossom Punches, and finished things off with some Baker's Twine and Rhinestones.

  3. I love this. The color combo reminds me of a pantsuit my mom bought me in 1965!!! :-) I wore it proudly. So fashionable!! Now very bright and cheery.
