Happy Watercolor Sneak Peek, PP175 & FMS115

Greetings, Stampers! This week at The Paper Players, Anne Marie has a sweet color challenge for us to play along with. I love pinks and greens together! They are my favorite!

I'm going to be making a departure from holiday cards this week because I have lots of sneak peeks for you from the upcoming Stampin' Up Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs. Today I have a new stamp set to show you called Happy Watercolor.

I wanted to keep this card really simple to showcase the beautiful image and Anne Marie's sweet colors. The layout at Freshly Made Sketches was absolutely perfect.

I'm not quite sure what these blossoms are so if anyone knows, please leave a comment. I'm thinking Sweet Pea, maybe? Regardless, I stamped them in Black Stazon Ink onto Watercolor Paper and colored them with Ink Pads and an Aqua Painter. A very faint shadow of Crumb Cake behind the flowers adds a little depth.

Thanks for stopping by and please pay a visit to the rest of the DT at The Paper Players! We'd love if you played along with us, too!
