Greetings on this marvelous Monday! It's also time for the Merry Monday challenge today, and I have big news! I'll be a Guest Designer with them for the entire month of October! I'm so excited and honored to stamp among such super talented artists. If you haven't been there already, stop by the Merry Monday site and check them out!
The challenge this week at Merry Monday is to use a bird on your card. I knew which stamp I wanted to use right away, from the Warmth & Wonder Stamp Set. The DSP is from the retired Festival of Prints Stack, and I had fun layering things up with some die cuts. I really love these yummy colors!
The image on the focal piece was colored with markers, and then it was cut out with the Extra Large Oval Punch. I love how perfectly that oval fits inside a Designer Frame. Are there lots of layers on this card? Yes. Easy, though? Also, yes!
