Merry Little Christmas for Merry Monday

Good Monday morning, Stampers! It's time for another Merry Monday challenge! This week is a goodie, to use music or a carol inspired theme on your card. Eek! This one really had me challenged as I had no appropriate stamps (sad but true).

What I did have was some pretty music note paper, and I borrowed a stamp with some carol lyrics from a friend. Isn't it the best thing ever to have friends who stamp?! So this is what I came up with, and if the music notes and lyrics don't get you humming Christmas carols, then maybe a few jingle bells will do the trick! Worked for me!

This was a pretty simple creation. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink and embossed with White Embossing Powder, then cut it out with a Labels Framelit. The doily behind was cut with a Paper Doily Sizzlit. I created a "jingle bow" by tying my bow around the cardstock first, then attaching the jingle bells with some linen thread.
