Best of Halloween for The Paper Players

Greetings, Stampers! I hope you're all enjoying a nice weekend. The weather is cool and very autumnal here in NY, and the leaves are turning beautiful colors. I love this time of year!

It's also Sunday and that means it's time for another Paper Players Challenge! This week Anne Marie has a fun sketch to inspire us. I love the elements in groupings of three's!

I had a Halloween themed class last month, and since then I really haven't done much for the holiday, so I guess it's now or never. I thought about what I could use in the "any shape" part of the sketch and decided to ink up my Best of Halloween Stamp Set for the first time. I combined it with Witches's Brew DSP and my card evolved from there.

No fancy techniques or tricks were used to make this card, I just followed the sketch. The circles and scallop circle were cut with punches, and as always my black ink of choice is Black Stazon as it never smudges.

Stampin' Up Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Best of Halloween
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Designer Series Paper: Witches Brew
Ink Pads: Black Stazon
Tools: 1 3/4" Circle, 2 1/2" Circle, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punches
Accessories: Brights Candy Dots

Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you over at The Paper Players!

Inky hugs :)

Sandy, great use of the sketch. I love that you layered the elements behind the focal image and that little spider in the middle of the web!
