Happy Sunday, everyone! This week at The Paper Players Anne Marie has a super fun challenge for us, to create a Clean and Simple project for the kids. Kid themed stamps are something I am really lacking in. My kids are in their 20's, and all the cousins are around the same age. I did have a cute cupcake stamp set, though. Believe it or not, though this set has been around a long time, it is new to me and it's the first time I'm inking it up. I was inspired to use it to make a pink and sparkly birthday card for a little girl, though I think a big girl would like it too!
Granted, I certainly could have kept this a little more CAS but I wanted to add all the happy, fun elements that I think a girl would like. It is a simple card to make, just straight cut lines plus two punches. I did my best to keep it clean by using a monochromatic color scheme. There now. Have I justified my umpteen layers?
This stamp set and coordinating punch are so much fun to use, and so easy! I couldn't resist adding a little bling with a layer of glimmer paper and a rhinestone.
