Morning Meadow Meets Venetian Romance

Hi, Stampers! Boy, I've been so busy this last week working on other projects that I haven't had any time at all to play with challenges. It's time to start catching up! Today's card was created for two challenges and features a new favorite stamp set of mine, Morning Meadow. I combined it with a pack of brand new DSP I cut into for the first time, Venetian Romance. It's oh-so pretty!

I love the sketch at Mojo Monday this week! I'll have to hang on to this one and use it again!

I also love the soft, pretty colors at the Pals Paper Arts Challenge. Though left to my own devices I probably would have used the Cantaloupe and Pistachio alone as the Coastal Cabana looks kind of bright next to them in real life, but it turns out that it added a much needed bit of contrast.

The pretty floral stem stamp was colored with markers and stamped onto Very Vanilla Card Stock. The greeting is from the Simply Sketched Stamp Set. The edges of both were sponged lightly with a little Crisp Cantaloupe ink using a Sponge Dauber.
