Simple Summer Afternoon

I'm back with another simple card today that I made while on vacation. I brought very minimal supplies with me as I needed to carry it all on the plane, and I have to say I enjoyed the simplicity of my projects. It was nice to get back to basics and leave all the fancy tools and accessories at home. The inspiration for this card was the pretty Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack. I love Midnight Muse paired with Crumb Cake, and the patterns are so sweet.

The only ink pad I had with me was Stazon, which is what the image and greeting were stamped with. I used the back of my clear stamp case to scribble a little marker in each color, and then used my Blender Pen to pick up the ink and color in the image. A little Crumb Cake Taffeta Ribbon ties things up (pun intended!).
