Greetings, Stampers! Since I have started guest designing with The Paper Players, Sunday has become my favorite day of the week! Well that, plus it's my only day to sleep in, LOL! LeAnne has a great sketch for us this week, and I was loaded with ideas for it. I actually made two cards using this sketch, and I'll show you the other one later on in the week.
The stamp set I opted for is called Madison Avenue, and this is a set that you can earn free from Stampin' Up during Sale-A-Bration, which runs now through March 22. I love the bold simplicity of this blossom, and it fits great inside one of the new Ovals Framelits. The pretty paper is from the Print Poetry Stack. I love those little stacks, they have lots and lots of patterns and colors for any occasion, and are super affordable. Plus, this stack coordinates with all the new In Color's.
The ovals cut with the Ovals Framelits coordinate perfectly with the Labels Collection Framelits. Another coordinating product is the Occasions Paper Piercing Pack, which has several ovals and lots and lots of other shapes that are super-fun to pierce. I thought the blossom would look cute popped up with a few Dimensionals, and a Large Pearl fit perfectly in the center.
