I'm coming in just under the wire again to play along with the Dynamic Duos color challenge. Cherry Cobbler? Possibly my favorite of all colors; I had to play! I combined it with Gumball Green, and my neutrals are Very Vanilla and Early Espresso.
The perfect sketch to compliment these colors is this week's Merry Monday sketch challenge. I chose the Watercolor Winter stamp set to fill up the large space.
That yummy background was achieved by using a new Stampin' Up product, Core'dinations Card Stock, along with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. After running it through the Big Shot, I sanded it lightly with a sanding block to reveal the lighter core of the card stock.
The Watercolor Winter Stamp Set is a two step set. First, I stamped the outline with Early Espresso Ink. Then, I used markers to ink the second stamp with Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green. The Stamp-A-Ma-Jig ensures perfect alignment.
