Flirtatious Fabric Flower

The other night my monthly Technique Class met, and this is one of the projects we made. The theme that night was "No Sew Fabric". Before I talk about the project, I have to say, I am really fond of my little group; we have so much fun! We also established that night that "What happens in Stamp Class stays in Stamp Class".  I'll leave it at that, LOL!

This card features Stampin' Up Flirtatious Designer Fabric. The wide strip across the background was simply torn and adhered with Sticky Strip. The focal piece is the coiled fabric flower, which was made with strips of fabric and Jumbo Sticky Rounds. I posted a tutorial on how to make coiled fabric flowers a few weeks ago, but in case you missed it, you can see it by clicking here. The only change I made was attaching a nice large pearl as my flower center.

Sandy, love your colors today. I like to see you use brighter colors sometimes! It's a very pretty card. Thanks.
