Summer Silhouettes Catalog Case

I cased this card almost exactly from a sample in the new Stampin' Up Annual Catalog. It features the Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set. The sample in the catalog used Natural Composition Specialty Paper as the card base, but that's a product I don't have yet, so I tried to re-create it using products I did have. I used my En Francais background stamp on Crumb Cake Card Stock with Versamark Ink, then heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. I thought it came out great, if I do say so myself!

The Summer Silhouette Stamp Set is so much fun to stamp with!  Since it's a two-step set, it's easy to create stems and blossoms in whatever colors you like. I stamped the border stamp twice on the bottom of the white panel, and used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to assure that my images were perfectly lined up.
